Kadambari Murali Wade, the only woman to hold the position of a Sports Analyst at Hindustan Times, was the former editor-in-chief of Sports Illustrated India. After joining the latter in 2011, she began writing about cricket. Wade is India’s longest-serving national editor, having received the Sports Journalist Federation of India’s Cricket Writers Award in 2006 and 2007.
