The Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) is an autonomous body under the Government of India that promotes food safety and standard. Every year, FSSAI releases a list of job vacancies, which they fill through the CBT exams. The job profiles range from IT Assistant to Food Safety Officer. 2. Pursue Bachelor’s in Food Technology/Dairy Technology/Biotechnology/Oil Technology/Food Process Engineering/Veterinary Sciences or any related subject

Complete Bachelor’s and follow it up with a Master’s in the same or related field
OR Complete a Diploma in Food Technology/Dairy Technology/Biotechnology/Oil Technology/Food Process Engineering/Veterinary Sciences or any related subject
