Closed Circuit Television or CCTV is a TV system in which signals are not publicly distributed but are monitored, primarily for surveillance and security. CCTV Installation technician are taught to understand the requirement of the customer and install the system as per the need of the client. They are taught to integrate the hardware and software. This includes selecting suitable cameras, DVR and applicable programs An important role is also to repair any problem that arises with the system. They have to identify the faults with the system and repair them by fixing hardware/software.

Minimum Qualification
• After completion of class 10 you may enroll for National Skill Qualification Framework (NSQF)* course for CCTV Installation technician Level 4
OR
• After completion Of ITI course on Electrical or Electronics you may enroll for National Skill Qualification Framework (NSQF)* course for CCTV Installation technician Level 4
*NSQF is a nationally integrated education and competency-based framework that enables
persons to acquire desired competency levels in a chosen field. NSQF includes vocational education, vocational training, general education and technical education which prepares an individual for the job market with competent skills. An individual may return at any time to upgrade Skills after gaining experience
