Airline Customer Service Executives are responsible for meeting the needs and safety requirements of passengers and airport personnel, including pilots and engineers. They assist customers before and after a flight.

Minimum Qualification
1. Complete 10+2 in any stream
OR
Earn two years of work experience
OR
Complete Class IO followed by an ITI course (Engineering or Non-Engineering)
2. Enrol for National Skills Qualification Framework (NSQF)• level 4 Certificate course - Airline Customer Service Executive
