A Tea Estate/ Plantation Manager supervises and controls the overall operations of the tea estate. They are responsible for the coordination of activities from the initial plantation process of tea plants to the final storage of leaves in warehouses.

1. Complete 10 + 2 in the Science stream (Physics, Chemistry, Biology)
2. Complete a Bachelor’s degree (BSc) in Botany/Horticulture/Agricultural Sciences/Tea Husbandry and Technology
OR Complete a Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc.) followed by a Master’s degree (M.Sc.) in the same or related field
OR Pursue a Diploma course in Tea Management
