A producer is a person who is responsible for arranging the finances and for ensuring the smooth operations of a film or TV serial. The producer has to oversee all administrative, financial and creative aspects of the film/serials from pre-production right up to launch. He/she is also responsible for pitching the content of the film to production companies.
